Welcome to Mill Stream Wellness Arts center!

We offer two separate facilities within Mill Stream Shops & Lofts in downtown St. Joseph, MN: Body Works facility and the Studio. The Body Works facility is for Massage, Acupuncture and similar practices and contains four private rooms and bathroom/shower facilities.  The Studio is for Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and similar practices and contains a large studio, lobby, lockers and bathrooms facilities. 

These spaces have been specifically designed to establish a calm, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter. Soft lighting, soothing wall colors, a gentle cork floor, and quiet spaces will contribute to your health, wellness, and positive energy, whatever your practice or therapy.

You'll find the cork floor to be soft on your feet and knees; the windows in the room provide natural lighting for daytime activities, while dimmable lights provide atmospheric control for evening practice. 

Body Works Rental Rates
75 minutes: $20
Full Day: $120
Monthly (exclusive): $600

The Studio Rental Rates
90 minutes (60 min class + 15 min before and after class): $22
Full Day: $120
